Abdirizak Hassan (Ph.D.) is a business leader with 21 years of experience in independent consulting, the financial sector industry, government, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Hassan has developed solid capabilities in institutional development and capacity building covering financial sector development, public financial management.

Dr. Hodan has a PhD in economics from George Mason University in Virginia and two master’s degrees – in economics and international development – from Ohio University and certificate of business management from Georgetown University. She is certified Islamic Finance expert as well as certified Islamic insurance from AIMS. She served as a lead economist for the State of Virginia for five years and assistant Emeritus professor at the University of Buffalo School of Management.

Joash Gomba has over 15 years of experience in information communication and technologies, with a diverse range of administrative and technical experience, ranging from project management, software engineering, functional requirements analysis, business process reengineering, applications development, software quality assurance and testing, business development, and client relations management.
